Danielle Bastow has joined DEY. as Chief Operating Officer. She comes to the firm from Fenton, where she was Vice President of Operations, and brings more than fifteen years of agency operations leadership to a role that covers people and talent, business operations, and the firm’s tools and processes.

Bastow brings more than fifteen years of agency operations leadership to the role. She came to DEY. from Fenton, the social change communications agency, where she served as Vice President of Operations. Over her career she has focused on building organizations that deliver strong client service and grow sustainably, and she has helped organizations scale, improve their performance, and strengthen the operational foundations that their client work depends on.
Bastow holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Syracuse University.
