Andrew DeSio, Director, Books

Andrew leads the books portfolio at DEY. A seasoned book publishing professional with over 20 years of experience, he works closely with DEY. authors, publishers, agents, and other stakeholders to generate media coverage and influencer connections that drive both sales and message awareness.

Prior to DEY., Andrew was Director of Publicity at Princeton University Press, where for seventeen years he managed campaigns for the economics and science lists, as well as an international staff.

He has led media and influence campaigns for field-defining books including Shoshana Zuboff’s The Age of Surveillance Capitalism, Rebecca Henderson’s Reimagining Capitalism in a World on Fire, multiple works by Nobel economists Robert Shiller and George Akerlof, Raghuram Rajan’s Fault Lines, Neil deGrasse Tyson’s Welcome to the Universe, and Roger Penrose’s Fashion, Faith, and Fantasy in the New Physics of the Universe.

Taylor Scott, Director, Client Services

Taylor spearheads client services at DEY., playing a pivotal role in forging and nurturing long-term relationships with DEY.'s diverse clientele.

A master of strategic communications and stakeholder engagement, she possesses an intuitive ability to anticipate client needs, foster effective communication, and build trust.

Taylor integrates her prior experience as an independent consultant for clients in the arts, culture, global nonprofits, science, healthcare, and venture capital sectors with leadership roles in book publishing and higher education—ensuring that DEY.’s collaborations are both innovative and impactful.

Before joining DEY., Taylor served as Chief of Staff and Communications at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and as a strategic advisor at Qatar Museums.


Gary Krivin, Chief Operating Officer

Gary oversees all operational aspects of DEY. and plays a key role in shaping the firm’s strategy and long-term planning, enabling its continued growth and leadership in the industry.

An extensively experienced senior business executive, Gary has a strong track record of success leading strategy and brand-building for high-profile organizations with global reach.

He has held senior management roles at top-tier agencies, including Managing Director of AKQA’s New York office, leader of Interpublic’s largest client relationship at R/GA, Co-Founder and General Manager of Dotglu at Kirshenbaum Bond, Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Crayon, and COO of Matter Unlimited. Over the course of his career, Gary has managed agencies and regional offices and led strategic, creative, production, and technology initiatives.
